Q: I am testing your software to see if it will send a XML form to my 3rd party CRM company. I have set up a basic form but cant seem to get it to submit the form as a XML format to the provider. Do you have any other information on the process of doing this, or can send me to a area that will explain how to perform this task.

A: Please see the XML section of the help file https://bizpep.com/form1/ . When this is set the data is sent as a text/xml file as an attachment to the delivery email attachment. If you continue to have difficulty you can send me a copy of your form as an email attachment and I will have a look for you.
