Q: What I need to know is how to format the email the form generates. Do you have a script that gives me that control? Ideally, an XML document that inserts the submitted form fields so I can arrange the data to create the generated email.

A: You can send the data as an xml file ( https://bizpep.com/form1/ ) and then apply a xsl style to format the display anyway you like. You could do similar by setting the email as html ( https://bizpep.com/form1/ ) and using style sheets to set positioning and style. Both would require the use of tailored scripts and the document obbject model http://www.w3schools.com/htmldom/default.asp .
