Q: I've tried this on Quickbooks Pro 2010 (UK) but it won't import the P&L file. Is this version of QB not supported?
A: As long as the exported PL format is as required it should import. The Compiler looks for specific formatting in the PL files. Descriptions are set from the first column of the PL.csv file and Months from the first row that includes "Total". If it cannot identify the correct formatting it is unable to determine the data to use. For details see the Help file ( https://bizpep.com/budgetbusiness.html ) Formatting Requirements section. Have you run the software initially with the sample files as provided? If so and they run correctly check the PL file you created. It must be saved as PL.csv (not Pl.csv), in the same directory as the compiler and of the required format. If you still have difficulty let me know exactly what steps you have undertaken and I assist further.
