Q: Is there a way to save settings for a domain? Each Input form requires quite careful thought and but if I go back to make any changes I have to start from scratch. The ability to save settings would be a great new feature.
A: You do not have to use the form display (ie sitemapxml.php) to build all your sitemaps. All variables can be directly set in the Dynamic Code and saved. Then by simply adjusting the required variables ie StartUrl's etc and calling the dynamic code in your browser you will generate a sitemap using the variable settings. To save the generated dynamic code as a static sitemap simply use your browsers View Source to display the actual xml sitemap code and then copy this to a text editor just as you would if using the form. So if you build a base Dynamic Site Map code and save it using a text editor you can then edit its variables to suit and have it saved (for each domain if required) for future use.
