You can try it out for free to give it a test run either by downloading and installing on your computer or running our online Try Form1 page at https://bizpep.com/form1/ . For your first form it is recommended that you build a Quick form, this can be done very easily (a couple of clicks), see the instructions at https://bizpep.com/form1/ . Once you have that running you can then build more complex forms using the Designer form function.
