Q: My credentials are not working again - whenever I needed to use this software I am always having to put the registration information in, is there a way I don't have to keep on doing this

A: Registration details are recorded as cookies on your computer. If your cookies are blocked, cleared or removed you will loose the registration details and will need to re-input them to build a registered form.
