Q: I have bought a SiteMap XML Software licence and have installed it correctly. But upon each connection the program asks for the licence and goes on deducting days. So, at the moment it is impossible to install the software in my website. Please, could you tell me the solution to resolve this problem ?

A: Registration details are recorded as cookies on your computer. If your cookies are blocked, cleared or removed you will loose the registration details and will need to re-input them to build a registered form. To maintain the registration details entered ensure cookies are enabled and are not cleared or blocked. If you install the software on your server as outlined in the Help file and then open the software from your server and input your registration details you should be up and running.
