Questions & Answers
Q: I recently bought 1 of your program "Form Builder". When my clients go to the form page I need the information to be secure, encrypted in other words. Have you got any advise on this matter, must I simply buy a Thawte certificate ?
A: Encrypted transmission uses the "https://" (instead of "http://") so links that start with "https://" will be encrypted and secure. Many server hosts provide secure "https://" as part of their hosting package in which case all you may need to do is start your form links with "https://" and they will be sent encypted and secure. Check with your server host for any specific requirements they may have. If this feature is provided by your server host they have a security certificate that covers you, you can buy your own if you what but but it may not be required, check with your host.
