Q: I am looking at your Budget Compiler and want to make sure it will do what we want before ordering. We downloaded our P&L to Excel and then created our next year's budget in excel using out own formula. I want to be able to import that spreadsheet to QB's so I don't have to re-enter all of the data. We have five locations and it would take a long time to manually enter the information.

A: The Budget Compiler will create a Imp.iff file that can be imported into QuickBooks but it is created from the budget that was developed in the compiler (not just 1 you created yourself). So if you use the compiler to create the budget it will do what you require however if you just want to import from an excel file you created it will not.
