Q: I think that I have most of it figured out, however, my form looks different in Firefox than in IE.
A: This is due to your form layout code. If code is not valid (ie to the W3 standard) it can display differently in IE and FireFox. It looks like you have used code from http:// www.phpform.org. it also includes a number of invalid links (pointing to your local computer not the Internet ..starts with file: ) and some automatically inserted Google Toolbar values. If it is cleaned up it to be valid code it should appear correctly in both browsers.
