Q: Thanks for your help. After further troubleshooting, I was able to generate and load a functioning dynamic sitemap. However, the only depth I was able to use successfully was "0". Anything else wouldn't open in a browser and google couldn't read. I am puzzled by this and open to your thoughts (I'll be asking my site software support team as well).

A: It sounds like you have faulty links in your site somewhere ie as you increase the depth the SiteMap crawls further links and 1 or more of these is not valid and cannot be retrieved by the crawler. You need to locate and fix the problem link coding n your site.
