Q: I reset the registration and tried the form again but got the error: Form Domain Error. Do i have to re-create the form again after re-registration for it to work?

A: Yes, you need to al least rebuild the processing code. The domain registration is held in the processing code. You can (if you want) simply Copy and Paste the new processing code to replace the old. See https://bizpep.com/form1/ for details.
