Q: I am using the automatic sitemap generator, which works just great when I have the depth set to 0 or 1, but when I set the depth to 2 or higher, it takes awhile as if it is doing work, but eventually exits with no error message and nothing printed to the screen.

A: Run it as a static sitemap with the same settings first to see what is going on. Most likely it is a problem in the coding of a page that is being crawled. You can then exclude/fix the problem page.
