Q: I would like to buy all excel programmes and use them for training of the SMME in South Africa. Does the license agreement prohibit us from training our clients.

A: We provide Commercial licenses for the use of software for inter-business support, advice, or consulting, this includes training. You would require a Commercial license for each software title used in training. If there is only one trainer using the software then a single user Commercial license would be sufficient. The Commercial license would not cover use of the software by your clients but would allow you to use the software in demonstrating and training with your clients. Additional licenses would be required to register software for client use or additional users. Please note that Bizpep retain full copyright and intellectual property rights at all times.
