Q: I was curious to know if I had to do any modifications to the code to implement and execute a name and email form. I've installed the software on the server and created the form and uploaded it to the php file upload folder, did everything I think I needed to do but where exactly and how do I put the code in the form page so that I receive their email and name in my email? Thanks...Ray

A: I think what you want is the Defined First Name Form Field, Defined Last Name Form Field, and Defined Email Address Form Field. Set these values in the processing code to match the corresponding form field name and the input will be used as the from email values when the data is sent.
