Q: I am an individual that is interested in valuing some business opportunities. I would like to more fully understand your formulas. I want to be prepared to argue differences in Bizpep's valuations and the seller's valuations. What would it cost me as an individual to view the formula's in your valuation software?

A: The relationships are outlined in the Forecast Data section of the Help file https://bizpep.com/businessvaluation.html . Also if you purchase a Commercial license (3* $39.00) we can provide an unprotected software version allowing you to to view the formula applied to enhance your knowledge of software operation (macros remain protected). In this format application sheets are unprotected, the workbook itself and the Terms and Conditions and Instructions sheets remain protected to maintain licencing and intellectual property rights notification.
