Q: Downloaded evaluation version and created a form, I submit, an email is arriving, but when I open it, it doesn't get imported. Where could be the problem, kindly revert back with a solution.

A: Make sure you follow all the requirements outlined in the GoldMine WebImport section of the Help file https://bizpep.com/form1/ . Make sure your have the correct settings, ie have matching database and form names etc. You should also check your Goldmine import using the test form at https://bizpep.com/form1/ .
