Q: I am just trying out the software and think it will work. However I have javascript menus that are not getting indexed. I have tried adding the 20 non-indexed pages in the Start URLs box with comas and now the output is nothing no matter what I do. It worked for a short while but now nothing. should I reinstall it or what.

A: JavaScript links cannot be crawled (and are not search engine friendly). Adding them as Start Urls is a good way to include them in the SiteMap. If you are using a Static SiteMap and have not changed the code in anyway there is no reason to suspect that the generator software needs re installing. More likely one of you Start Urls is at fault ie not correct or redirected etc. Just run the builder starting with your base url and then add Start urls progressively to see if you can identify the url causing the problem.
