Q: I am using Goldmine for years now, and understand quite a bit about it. I have several web sites, am I better off setting up the forms myself or hiring someone else to set it up. Is it that difficult? or do you have to be a tech wiz kid?

A: It is not difficult. You can easily build basic forms, and if you just want to process existing forms it is basically fill in a couple of fields and click.
