A: You can freely add as many staff as required to the Scheduler. Licensing is based on the number of users (ie people actually using the software, setting it up and running it) and the type of use. If there is just 1 user and the use is within the business (ie not consulting to other businesses) then a single user non commercial license is suitable, the cost for this type of license is US$68.00.
