Q: When I do your test at https://bizpep.com/form1/ I get both e-mails and am able to import one. When I use the form I created, I only get one e-mail. Could this be because I am only using the trial version? Should I be receiving duplicate e-mails?

A: Yes you should receive 2 emails even with the trial version. Without a WebImport email the import cannot happen. Check your settings in your form. As stated if you are not receiving a WebImport email you need to set the GoldMine Use variable see the Help file. If you still have difficulty try rebuilding a very basic form.
