Q: We need a form to go in the checkout area of our Yahoo Store. I was informed it should be HTML code. This information will flow through our Yahoo store so there is no need for email or other notification. Our survey will be 12-15 questions long and be mandatory pre checkout. we also would like the ability to not require return customers to fill out the form. Will your software accomplish this? or is this something you do.

A: You could use the Form Layout component of Form1 Builder to set up the html form code and then set the form action to point to where ever yahoo want to send it to. For the return customers you would need to set up cookies on your site, this would require specific programming.
