Q: I have generated a static sitemap but the generator does not find the pages in our framed site. I manually included all the starting URL's and this worked OK. How can I get a dynamic sitemap to recognize the complete site?

A: A framed site is not one page, so the best way is to include both pages as start urls's and everything will be crawled (as you appear to have done). Alternatively if you add a href link for the framed page (even if it is not displayed) to the content page it will be found when crawled.
