Q: Hi - I am testing form builder on the free trial period. I have managed to most of what I need with it but I have problem which I need to see if I can fix before I buy the package. Some of the default settings have stopped working - eg there is no longer a line break between responses in the covering email, I have a '<' appearing in the middle of the form and the csv file with responses does not have field headings in so can not be imported into our database. I have searched you published material for answers but I can not find them - are you able to help.

A: It sounds like the code has been broken. What changed (what happened) between when it worked and when it did not work? Rember you can only edit forms with a text editor. Using a html editor can break the code. If you rebuild it should all be fine.
