Q: Is it possible to put the html code on my existing page, and upload it (with other files?) instead of up loading the whole file on a separate page?

A: You can modify the html code anyway you like and incorporate it into any other html code or use existing html code. See the Existing Form section of the Help file (section 2 V). You can have existing forms point to the php processing code as a separate file or add the php processing code to the top of html pages.
