Q: In the email that is sent as a result of the form being filled out I want to use a different value for the field name that will include spaces. For example I have a follow up field right now using this code: name="FollowUp" . In the e-mails this results currently in: FollowUp: Yes . I would like to be able to show it in the e-mails as: Follow Up: Yes

A: In the field names you can use underscores ie _ instead of spaces. When the name is displayed in the emails etc the _ is replaced with a space. So use name="Follow_Up" and this will display as Follow Up: Yes.
