Q: Is it possible to print the contents of the end user's form submission (what they entered into the form fields, including checkboxes) in the Auto Responder Message that they receive?

A: If you mean send the submitter a copy of the form results you can do this using the Defined Email Copy Form Field this will send a copy of the form data email to the submitter which can be printed (it is in the same format as the data email sent to the delivery email address).
