Q: I'm interested in getting more info about your site design features. Does my web master need to know CSS? Ideally I'd like to have more than a static site.

A: Site Builder Software applies CSS but you do not need to understand it to build a site using the standard layout/design. However CSS allows complete flexibility in layout and formatting if you want to use it. The dynamic aspect of the site is not due to CSS (this simply controls layout / formatting) but is inherent in the design of the software as a Content Management System (CMS).
