Q: I would like to order the product. However, I am wondering if there is a tool to calculate the value of a lawsuit. Ie. there is a possibility the company will win a suit and I would like to value that in my model.

A: With this type of item it can be included as a provision (for an expense) in the Other Fixed category of expenses. The value of this provision would need to be independently assessed/adjusted.
