Q: need for someone to contact me regarding the uploading of your sitemap software, which I have purchased. I am having a terrible time trying to upload to my browser. I noticed that this software is trying to be opened by my "Print Shop" program. Is this correct? Please have someone contact me, my frustration is almost suicidal. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

A: You upload the software to your server (not your browser), just like you upload a standard web page. Then open it from your server in your browser (just like a web page). For the software to run your server must support php as outlined in the Help file. The print shop issue is probably because your computer file associations are confused (wrong) it thinks a .php file is a print shop file (which it is not). If you upload to your server and then open the file in your browser you should have no problems.
