Q: Hi designed some forms and was able to get them working with the help of the form1 software but a lot of people are complaining that when the error window comes (the one that states that their is missing or incorrect information) they click return or press back they have to input all their information all over again. They have cookies enabled in their browsers and still it doesn't retain the information and they have to input their information all over again. Is there any way i can fix this problem?

A: The best approach is to use the Maintaining Form Content function see the Help file for details https://bizpep.com/form1/ . This will always maintain form content regardless of the browser or cookie settings. An alternative is using the JavaScript Return see the Help file for details https://bizpep.com/form1/ . This is easier but depends on the user having javascript enabled in the browser.
