A: You made a PayPal payment using an eCheque and PayPal advise that an '...eCheque Payment will remain Uncleared until the funds have cleared from the sender's account, which usually takes four working days'. In this case the transaction is not complete until your funds are cleared. As soon as this happens your registration details will be sent. You can download from https://bizpep.com/sitemapxml/ but will not be able ot register until your transaction clears and you recieve your registration details.
