Q: Following trials of Form Builder 1 and Password Page Protection I would like to buy licenses for both. In your pricing you mention discount of 30% for more than one license. Does this only apply for the same software or for two licenses of different programs.
A: The 30% discount applies to mutli users licenses ie for the same software not different titles. We do offer volume discounts where 10 or more titles are purchased but not for 2 titles.

Q: We recently purchased your software and registered the sitemapsoftware. We have placed it server however it seems only 1 person canuse it. We want to be able to provide a software tool for our users, however it seems that only the person that registered the software canuse it online. I have tried it from a different computer and it sayscookies need to be enabled in order to use this evaluation software. How can we go ahead and register the software so we can provide it tobe used on our server by some members of ours.
A: SiteMap XML is registered on a user basis. Once registered you canupgrade the number of registered users using the Registration commandfrom the top menu and then clicking the Upgrade to Additional Licenseslink. This provides pricing for additional licenses, however these arealso cookie based. If you have a situation where you would like toprovide a non cookie based license to your members give me an idea ofthe number of licenses required and your requirements for operationand I will provide pricing accordingly.

Q: I am a recent purchaser of your software and would like to know the easiest way to calculate a pricing change using your software. I want to compare the beginning of year baseline, to a current situation whereby our raw material costs have risen year to date. What I am interested in doing is to raise selling price to accommodate the raw material change and keep the margin and profits the same and wanted to know the best way to do so. I am contemplating the following: 1) Baseline the FY by using the projected selling price, revenue, fixed, and variable costs. What will be the result is the planned sales profit etc. Next would be to enter the information for the current scenario. 1) Enter the sales volume 2) Enter the change in raw costs in the variable costs section as fixed costs have remained constant. Am I on the right path?
A: Yes, set up your baseline to determine your current parameters, save this as your current scenario. Then set up a new scenario for the following year using your increased variable cost. You can then adjust and refine other parameters ie (Business Revenue) as required to determine the impact and identify the mix that would maintain profit at the required level.
