Questions & Answers
Q: How do I save my Site Builder Website to a local file on my computer?
A: See the Help file section Save As Local File. This is available online at https://bizpep.com/note/ . This allows you to save the xml content file for reuse or backup. Because Site Builder Software generates a dynamic site if you save the displayed web page code (ie File Save As) you will only have a static page and will not be able to edit.

Q: I'm working on my first form with an autoresponse and the form fails whenever I put it the autoresponse text and works when I take it out. What might be causing this?
A: Make sure you do not have any special characters in the autoresponse. Only use alpha numeric characters. It is possible you have used " or ' and they are breaking the code.

Q: I noticed two unformatted pages returned after I submit a form. The first is a review of information for the user. The second is a Thank You HTML. I saw a reference where I can input the URL for the Thank You but am not sure about the review page. In addition, I am not sure where I can input URLs and change variables on my account.
A: The review page is controlled by the Display as HTML before Submission variable see https://bizpep.com/hosthelp.php#htmldisplay for details. The Thank You URL variable sets the thank you page see https://bizpep.com/hosthelp.php#thankyouurl . Login to your account at https://bizpep.com/hostsignin.php and you can adjust these account variables (and others).

Q: I am demoing your product and I was wondering if you could help me determine if this is a bug or not. I'm inputting the following numbers into your input selection window. Number of service points: 2 Average customer arrival rate: 6/minute Service capacity per service point: 3/minute. The rest of the fields go crazy for this calculation, can you help?
A: With 2 service points with a capacity of 3 and arrival of 6 the ques just get longer and longer (the ###'s indicate the number is too big) . You cannot operate at the maximum capacity (ie 6) because of arrival variance. You need to increase either the number of service points or the capacity.

Q: Your service is a great idea. Too bad it doesn't have an automatic responder for a submission. That would close the loop.
A: It does have an autoresponder. This will send a message on form submission. See the Help file https://bizpep.com/hosthelp.php#autoresponder for details. You can also usually setup an autoresponder directly from your email account so that when it receives an email it automatically sends a reply.
