Questions & Answers
Q: I wanted to try the Form1 program before I buy. I have two forms to >> work with and both of them were working fine until the provider >> decided to separate the forms processing from hosting business. Now >> the forms will not email the data to me.
A: If you just need the processing code you can use the Form Processing Code Only https://bizpep.com/form1/ which you can generate by simply clicking Required from the software and inputting a Delivery Email Address and then using the Quick Form from the top menu. Upload the Form Processing Code Only to your server and then adjust your form action to point to the file. Alternatively (if your server does not support php) you could try a hosted solution like https://bizpep.com/host.php

Q: We have Form1 Builder GoldMine setup on a web page. The form is working fine when it comes through to email, however it's not getting added to Goldmine records correctly. We are using version 8.5 premium of Goldmine. Could you give me any suggestions on why these records aren't being imported into Goldmine from the form?
A: For GoldMine versions from 6.7 WebImport requires a Password. This password must be set in your GoldMine WebImport Profile and in the WebImport Form by including an instruction field: <input type="hidden" name="Password" value="mypassword"> which appears as Password=mypassword in the WebImport Email. See GoldMine Automated Processes https://bizpep.com/form1/ for details and also the GoldMine Administrator Guide at https://bizpep.com/form1/ or your GoldMine Help.

Q: Hi David, could you tell if it is possible to allocate a specific email address to a specific subject on the email form. For example, if a client fills out the form and chooses "technical support", is it possible to make form1 send the email to the allocated email address for technical support, if they select "sales" the email is sent to the sales department?
A: Not within the Form1 code but you can simply set up a receiving email address that then filters and forwards to specific emails based on the subject.
