Questions & Answers
Q: I'm interested in your product, but would like to know a few things first. My needs are this: I need a way for a data entry person to enter data into form fields that will create new pages for our products. One issue is that my employer doesn't want the new pages created in anything but .html documents. Is this possible with your software? Thanks for your help in this matter.
A: No, Form1 Builder MYSQL only submits to a database you would need separate programming to convert this data to a web page. Another alternative would be using a CMS system something like the Site Builder Software Content Management System https://bizpep.com/note/ but this is not driven by separate form fields just a single text input field. The best solution will depend upon your requirements, ie site structure, size, access, server, content etc.

Q: I need to be able to make a form on the web, submit the data to DB (MySQL?), then in a different web page monitor the data in a tabular format like Excel with each form's data t submitted to be a single line display. I receive about 400 forms per week with about 25 entries on each form. So the idea would be to have the form information data visible and editable after the form has been submitted.
A: Form1 Builder MYSQL will submit the data to your MYSQL database but it does not have any display or edit functionality. To provide your requirement a specific script development would be required. If you let me know a little more about your display and edit requirements I can provide an indicative development cost ie is the form submitter to edit or is it just after the data is received and edited by you, do you need passwords to display/access/edit or is this a public function etc?

Q: I am looking for a standard on line application form page where a client can fill in name, address, phone # etc.& submit Can I create a page like this with this software or any that you sell? Is it simple to operate.
A: Yes, Form1 Builder https://bizpep.com/form1/ will do this for you. You can try it out for free to give it a test run either by downloading and installing on your computer or running our online Try Form1 page at https://bizpep.com/form1/ . For your first form it is recommended that you build a Quick form, this can be done very easily (a couple of clicks), see the instructions at https://bizpep.com/form1/ . Once you have that running you can then build more complex forms using the Designer form function.

Q: I registered my new site, but I still get the error message Form Domain Error.
A: Each domain required for processing must be registered in Form1 Builder before the form is built. So you need to at least rebuild the processing code. The domain registration is held in the processing code. You can (if you want) simply Copy and Paste the new processing code to replace the old. See https://bizpep.com/form1/ for details.

Q: Can you provide code that will block a particular IP address? Any assistance you can offer would be appreciated.
A: If it is a robot generating the submissions you can try adding the Human Intelligence Identification Script https://bizpep.com/hiiscript.php or alternativley the Form Spam Blocking Script https://bizpep.com/blockingscript.php To block the ip include the user variables setting in your Form1 and then set the required ip address to be blocked.
