Q: First, thank you for making my life a hell of alot easier. Form1 MySQL is pretty awesome! I have a question pertaining to form layout; I would like the text to be placed before the fields rather than above them. How do I change this? Thanks.
A: You cannot change this with a setting but you can edit the html code to make any adjustments you like. In a text editor open you form file and if you have the default fields they will look something like : <b>First Name:</b><br /> <input type="text" size="34" name="First_Name"/> to have the text and fields on the same line simply remove the <br /> (which is a line break) so it becomes <b>First Name:</b> <input type="text" size="34" name="First_Name"/> Do the same for all the fields you want to adjust.

Q: I am building a multipage form and I am using user data to determine values on subsequent pages. For example, if a user checks a check box, a dollar amount will be calculated on the next page. It works fine, however, if the user goes back and un-checks the box, the form continues to carry over the value of a checked box.
A: To maintain the data in a checkbox use <input type="checkbox" name="FIELDNAME"<?php $name='FIELDNAME';if(isset($_SESSION['Form1'][$name])){echo 'checked="checked"';} ?> / but replace FIELDNAME with the actual field name ie "agree" or whatever you call the checkbox. See the Checkbox section of the Help file for details https://bizpep.com/form1/

Q: Once I have the software, will it install on the website and then can you save the form to bring it back up on the software for modification, etc...?
A: You can install the software on your website just like we have at https://bizpep.com/form1/ . You can save the form layout code from the text area but it cannot be reloaded into the software.

Q: I know the data is carried through until the end when it is ultimately emailed. All I want to do is have some of the fields actually show up on successive forms.
A: If you have a multi page form running you can use the Maintaining Form Content feature to display the passed session variables on following pages. See the Help file https://bizpep.com/form1/ . So if you have the input text field on page 1 with the name "Name" then to display this on page 2 add the same input text field and set the value attribute to: <?php $name='Name';if(isset($_SESSION['Form1'][$name])){echo $_SESSION['Form1'][$name];}?>
