Q: I am really sorry but I simply do not understand how to display a form on an existing html webpage. I have spent 3 hours copying and pasting, without success. I can display the form by going directly to form1.php on the server, but I want to display the fields in my existing 'Contact Us' html page. Is there are code that I can add to my html page to 'display form1.php'? This will then enable me to change font size etc so it fits with the existing website theme?
A: If you have built a form using Form1 Builder and you want to place it in an existing html page Copy the form code ie everything from the start of the form code <form to the end of the form code </form> and paste it to the location (between the body tags) in your html file. Then copy the Form1 Processing Code to to the top of the html page, for details see the help file https://bizpep.com/form1/ .

Q: I'd like to use Form1 Builder to collect customer names and adresses for brochure requests. I can see how to get an email with the customer details but would actually like an email and a way of collecting the relevant info into a CSV file so that we can do a mail shot later. Would I really need the MySQL or can I write the infomation to a csv file on the server or extract the info from the email I receive.
A: The form data can be sent as a CSV file attached to the form email. But each form submission/email is separate it does not write to a server or single file https://bizpep.com/form1/ . You can only write to the server using a database ie MYSQL and Form1 MYSQL.
