Q: When someone registers it posts the registration to the mysql database AND also sends me a notification email with all the profile details. Can I modify the email that already comes to me so that it includes the goldmine data import instruction and data?
A: You could add code to send the GoldMine email. You would need to add coding to your existing php code to set email headers, format and send a goldmine email. Additional info can be found at https://bizpep.com/form1/ .

Q: If I buy your program, will I have access to sheet formulas and macros? I need to see how calculations are made and occasionally tweak one to meet our company standards.
A: With the standard Non Commercial license all non-input cells and Visual Basic code are protected to ensure integrity and protect source code. All input is via unprotected input cells, protected cells contain formula and can not be viewed. We do offer Commercial licenses (Business Valuation Model Excel single user US$207) which unprotect some sheets allowing you to to view the formula applied, access cell contents to enhance your knowledge of software operation (macros remain protected) and undertake minor refinements (ie headings etc). In this format application sheets are unprotected, the workbook itself and the Terms and Conditions and Instructions sheets remain protected to maintain licensing and intellectual property rights notification. To purchase a Commercial license simply select the License Type Commercial when you make your purchase. If you require access to macros a source license is required (Business Valuation Model Excel $US 621), details on a Source License agreement are available at https://bizpep.com/SourceLic.html If you require a source license please let me know and I will provide payment details.

Q: I'm trying to integrate an automotive question submission form I made with FormBuilder with an email marketing program. I need to add a "receive newsletter checkbox" which will send the typical submission email from the user name and address, to a specific email address (not the $delemail = address), only when the box is checked.
A: You cannot use the standard form1 functions to deliver to different emails. The easiest way is to simply have all emails sent to the same delivery email address and then from that email address filter/forward based on criteria to the specific email address ie if newsletter checkbox is true forward to specific email address. This should be achievable from most email servers ie gmail etc. The alternative would be to use 2 different form1 processing codes with different email delivery addresses and send the form to one or the other based on the checkbox status however this would require additional programming.

Q: I need a form that the visitor to my web site can fill out online and the visitors completed form be emailed to the email address provided. Will Form1 Builder Software do this for me? What other component will I need to install that is required by your software. For example, a database to store the visitors completed online form, etc. Another example would be the form I am filling out. When I submit the form, you will get it. I want to create a Customer Order Form that can be filled out online and submitted to my email address.
A: Yes Form1 builder will do this. It delivers the form data as an email (judt like our contact us form). It does not require a database but your server must support php. You can see an example test form at https://bizpep.com/Form1Try.php .
